1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, purchasing services, or receiving treatments from Beautylish you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.

2. SERVICES

Beautylish provides professional beauty, wellness, and holistic treatments including but not limited to:

- Skin treatments and facials

- Cosmetic beauty services

- Holistic wellness treatments

- Coaching or consultation services

All services are performed with professional care and skill.

Results vary based on individual factors including health, lifestyle, and biological response.

3. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

3.1 Appointment Confirmation

Bookings may require:

- Deposit payment

- Pre-consultation form completion

We reserve the right to refuse service where:

- Contraindications are present

- Safety concerns exist

- Client behaviour is inappropriate

3.2 Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in:

- Reduced treatment time

- Full treatment fee still payable

3.3 Cancellation Policy

We require minimum 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide notice may result in:

- Deposit forfeiture

- Cancellation fee

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must:

- Provide accurate medical and allergy information

- Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions

- Disclose medications, skin conditions, or health concerns

Beautylish is not responsible for outcomes affected by:

- Undisclosed conditions

- Failure to follow aftercare

- External treatments or products

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

- Prices may change without notice

- Payment is required at time of service unless otherwise agreed

- Deposits are non-transferable unless approved

6. REFUND & CREDIT POLICY

6.1 No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued.

This includes dissatisfaction based on:

- Personal preference

- Change of mind

- Subjective expectations

6.2 Service Credits

Beautylish may issue a service credit at its sole discretion where:

- An allergic reaction occurs

- A treatment complication arises

- We determine it is fair and reasonable

Credits:

- Are valid for services only

- Cannot be redeemed for cash

- Must be used within validity period

6.3 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to due care and skill.

7. ALLERGIES & ADVERSE REACTIONS

Clients acknowledge:

- Patch testing reduces but does not eliminate risk

- Individual reactions may occur

- Results cannot be guaranteed

Beautylish is not liable where:

- Allergies were not disclosed

- Aftercare instructions were not followed

8. HEALTH & SAFETY

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where:

- A client’s health condition poses risk

- Behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate

- Contraindications are identified

9. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Treatment outcomes vary between individuals.

We do not guarantee:

- Specific aesthetic results

- Duration of results

- Emotional or psychological outcomes

10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Liability is limited to re-supply of services

- Beautylish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss

11. WEBSITE USE

Users must not:

- Copy or reproduce website content

- Use website for unlawful purposes

- Attempt to interfere with site functionality

All content remains intellectual property of Beautylish.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
